You cannot bring forth evil because you have a good heart. You abide in the word of God because you love it. You speak the truth and show forth righteousness because you hate lies. You love your enemies because you are perfect like your Father. You want people to be free of sin. You want them to know the truth. You want them to live immortal and righteous lives enjoying being with Jesus forever on the earth. You want them to have what you have.

This is the doctrine of Jesus Christ.

To those who believe in Jesus and have been baptized – this is the good news –

Salvation – the forgiveness of sins

Matthew 1:21 you shall call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.

Luke 9:56 the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them.

Mark 16:16 He that believes and is baptized shall be saved.

Acts 2:38-39 Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the LORD our God shall call.

Acts 5:30 The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom you slew and hanged on a tree. 5:31 Him has God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Savior, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins. 5:32 And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to them that obey him.

Psalm 149:4 the LORD takes pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation.

Hebrews 5:8 Though Jesus were a Son, yet he learned obedience by the things which he suffered; 5:9 and being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him; 5:10 called of God a high priest after the order of Melchisedec.

Titus 3:5-6 according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Spirit; which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior

You died in baptism, you were translated into heaven, and are now immortal and incorruptible.

You died in baptism

Romans 6:3 Know you not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?

Romans 6:6 our old man is crucified with Christ, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. 6:7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.

Romans 6:4 we are buried with Christ by baptism into death

You are resurrected in baptism

Colossians 2:10,12 You are complete in Christ … buried with him in baptism, wherein also you are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who has raised him from the dead.

Ephesians 2:4 God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, 2:5 Even when we were dead in sins, has quickened us together with Christ, (by grace you are saved;) 2:6 And has raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: 2:7 That in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

2 Corinthians 5:17-18 if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. And all things are of God, who has reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ

Galatians 6:14 But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. 6:15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision avails anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.

You were translated into heaven

Colossians 1:13 the Father has delivered us from the power of darkness, and has translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: 1:14 in whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins.

Translate – to convey into heaven without death.

The Father has delivered us from the power of darkness and has conveyed us into heaven without death into the kingdom of his dear Son, in whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins.

You are now immortal and incorruptible

Psalms 49:6 They that trust in their wealth, and boast themselves in the multitude of their riches, 49:7 none of them can by any means redeem his brother, 49:9 that he should still live forever, and not see corruption.

What is redemption? You live forever and do not see corruption.

Hebrews 9:12 by his own blood Jesus Christ entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.

We have redemption through the blood of Jesus, we live forever and do not see corruption. Jesus gives us immortality and incorruptibility.

Galatians 4:3 we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world: 4:4 but when the fullness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, 4:5 to redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. 4:6 And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.

Titus 2:14 our Savior Jesus Christ gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

Isaiah 62:12 they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the LORD

Acts 13:22 God raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave their testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfill all my will. 13:23 Of this man's seed has God according to his promise raised unto Israel a Savior, Jesus:

13:26 Men and brethren, children of the stock of Abraham, and whosoever among you fears God, to you is the word of this salvation sent. 13:27 For they that dwell at Jerusalem, and their rulers, because they knew him not, nor yet the voices of the prophets which are read every sabbath day, they have fulfilled them in condemning him. 13:28 And though they found no cause of death in him, yet desired they Pilate that he should be slain. 13:29 And when they had fulfilled all that was written of him, they took him down from the tree, and laid him in a sepulchre.

13:30 But God raised him from the dead: 13:31 And he was seen many days of them which came up with him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are his witnesses unto the people. 13:32 And we declare unto you glad tidings, how that the promise which was made unto the fathers, 13:33 God has fulfilled the same unto us their children, in that he has raised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second psalm, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee.

13:34 And as concerning that he raised him up from the dead, now no more to return to corruption, he said on this wise, I will give you the sure mercies of David. 13:35 Wherefore he said also in another psalm, Thou shalt not suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. 13:36 For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell on sleep, and was laid unto his fathers, and saw corruption: 13:37 But he, whom God raised again, saw no corruption.

13:38 Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: 13:39 And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses.

You are righteous, have a good heart, and cannot sin. You are holy and blessed forever.

You have been freed from sin

Matthew 1:21 you shall call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.

John 1:29 The next day John sees Jesus coming unto him, and said, Behold the Lamb of God, which takes away the sin of the world.

Hebrews 1:3 when Jesus had by himself purged our sins, he sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high

Acts 22:16 And now why do you tarry? Arise, and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on the name of the Lord.

Romans 6:6 our old man is crucified with Christ, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. 6:7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.

Isaiah 38:17 thou has in love to my soul delivered it from the pit of corruption: for thou has cast all my sins behind thy back.

Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, you have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Romans 6:18 Being then made free from sin, you became the servants of righteousness.

You are righteous

Romans 3:21 now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; 3:22 even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe

1 John 5:17 All unrighteousness is sin

Acts 22:16 And now why do you tarry? Arise, and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on the name of the Lord.

1 Corinthians 6:11 you are washed, you are sanctified, you are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

Titus 3:5 according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Spirit; 3:6 which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior; 3:7 that being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

Romans 6:18 Being then made free from sin, you became the servants of righteousness.

Romans 5:17 they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ

You have a good heart

Ezekiel 18:30 I will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways, says the Lord GOD. Repent, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your ruin. 18:31 Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby you have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit: for why will you die, O house of Israel? 18:32 For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dies, says the Lord GOD: wherefore turn yourselves, and you live.

Ezekiel 36:24 For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land. 36:25 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and you shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.

36:26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. 36:27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and you shall keep my judgments, and do them.

Acts 15:7 Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, you know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe. 15:8 And God, which knows the hearts, bore them witness, giving them the Holy Spirit, even as he did unto us; 15:9 And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.

Luke 8:11 Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God. 8:15 that on the good ground are they, which in a honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.

Luke 6:45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks. 6:43 For a good tree brings not forth corrupt fruit; neither does a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 6:44 For every tree is known by his own fruit.

You cannot sin

1 John 5:1 Whosoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God.

1 John 3:9 Whosoever is born of God does not commit sin; for his seed remains in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

John 17:15 [Jesus speaking] I pray not that thou should take them out of the world, but that thou should keep them from the evil. 17:16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 17:18 As thou has sent me into the world, even so I have also sent them into the world.

Your birthright as a child of God is eternal life. Your blessing is to inherit the earth. You have both your birthright and your blessing.

Romans 6:8 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:

Romans 6:9 Christ being raised from the dead dies no more; death has no more dominion over him. 6:10 For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he lives, he lives unto God. 6:11 Likewise reckon you also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.

You have inherited the earth and will remain forever upon it.

Psalm 37:29 The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein forever.
